Quality Management
Quality goals, procedures, reviews, non-conformance and feedback — the QMS layer alongside stock inspection.
Quality inspection, procedure, review, action, meeting, goal and feedback.
What it does
Quality Management is the management-system side of quality: Quality Goal and Quality Procedure define what good looks like, Quality Review measures it periodically, Non Conformance records where it failed, and Quality Action tracks the corrective or preventive response. Item-level inspection itself lives in Stock as Quality Inspection against a Quality Inspection Template.
Key features
- Quality Goal — objectives with measurable targets and a review frequency.
- Quality Procedure — a nested tree of processes and sub-procedures with assigned owners.
- Quality Review — periodic scoring of goals against their targets.
- Non Conformance — a recorded deviation from a procedure, with severity and corrective action.
- Quality Action — corrective and preventive actions with resolution tables.
- Quality Feedback — templated customer feedback captured against parameters and ratings.
